Welcome to KaryaPe (“we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our mobile application, website, and related services (“App” or “Platform”). By registering, accessing, or using KaryaPe, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use KaryaPe.

  • You agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated information during registration.

  • We may suspend or terminate accounts with false, misleading, or incomplete details.

2. User Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

  • Any activity under your account is your responsibility.

  • You must immediately notify us of unauthorized access or security breaches.

3. Services Offered

KaryaPe is a freelancing platform that connects clients (who post jobs) with freelancers (who apply for and complete jobs).

  • Clients can post jobs, review proposals, and hire freelancers.

  • Freelancers can browse jobs, apply, and complete tasks for payment.

  • We only act as an intermediary platform and are not responsible for the direct outcome of jobs or agreements between users.

4. User Responsibilities

  • You agree to use KaryaPe only for lawful purposes.

  • You will not:

    • Post misleading, fake, or illegal jobs.

    • Use offensive, abusive, or discriminatory language.

    • Engage in fraud, spam, or scams.

  • You are solely responsible for all job postings, proposals, and communications made through your account.

5. Payments & Withdrawals

  • All payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways.

  • Freelancers receive payments after job completion and approval by the client.

  • Withdrawal timelines may vary depending on the selected payment method (bank transfer, UPI, etc.).

  • Transaction fees may apply and are displayed during the withdrawal process.

  • We are not liable for delays caused by banks, payment providers, or technical issues.

6. Commission & Fees

  • KaryaPe may charge service fees (commission) from freelancers or clients for each transaction.

  • Fees will be displayed clearly before confirmation.

  • Fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated.

7. Cancellations & Disputes

  • Clients and freelancers are encouraged to resolve disputes directly.

  • If no resolution is found, KaryaPe may step in as a mediator, but final responsibility lies with the involved parties.

  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

8. Privacy & Data

  • By using KaryaPe, you consent to our Privacy Policy.

  • We collect and use personal data only for improving services, job matching, and secure transactions.

9. Intellectual Property

  • All app content, design, logos, and features belong to KaryaPe.

  • Users may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

  • Job postings and proposals remain the property of the posting user.

10. Termination of Account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts if:

  • Terms are violated.

  • Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.

  • Requested by law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

11. Limitation of Liability

  • KaryaPe is a platform only and does not guarantee job success, quality, or timely payment.

  • We are not responsible for:

    • Disputes between freelancers and clients.

    • Loss of income, data, or business opportunities.

    • Downtime, bugs, or technical errors.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted in the app, and significant changes will be notified via email or app notifications.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru.
